The auditorium, which has a capacity of 164 persons, is located in a semisubterranean construction, designed with the aim of not harming the surrounding environment. Visitors are shown a documentary (in six languages) which describes possible human migrations in ancient times and the amazing similarities between the cultures of both sides of the Atlantic, such as Mexico,Peru, Mesopotamia and Egypt.

The documentary also narrates the expeditions of Thor Heyerdahl, founder of Pirámides de Güímar.

Also in the Auditorium, visitors will find an exhibition about Heyerdahl's life entitled "Thor Heyerdahl: the man, the myth" in which one can visually discover the life experiences of the famous Norwegian anthropologist.
