Purchases made by our users through our website (‘Website’) are governed by the conditions (‘The Conditions’) described below. The purchase of services through www.piramidesdeguimar.es implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of the following purchase conditions. The Conditions do not cover the purchase of our services by third parties outside the Website.

1. Possibility of modification of these conditions and the commercial offer
PARQUE ETNOGRAFICO PIRAMIDES DE GUIMAR, S.A.U may modify at any time the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). But the modifications will not affect in any case the purchases already made by our users.
The names and brands of products and manufacturers are used for identification purposes only. All photos, descriptions and prices are not contractual.
Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or until the indicated number of stocks runs out. As well as the prices indicated at the time of consulting the website.
Ticket validity
Tickets purchased through the website will be valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase. Once this period has elapsed without having been exchanged, the tickets will lose their validity and cannot be used.
This condition will be exclusively applicable to purchases made after its publication and will not affect in any case the tickets purchased previously, which will be governed by the conditions in force at the time of their purchase.

The user will have a period of fourteen calendar days to decide to return the “Service” from the date of receipt of the purchase confirmation. However, the customer will bear the bank charges that may arise from the return of the purchase.
6.b) How can I withdraw from the purchase made?

6.c) How is the refund made?
PARQUE ETNOGRAFICO PIRAMIDES DE GUIMAR, S.A.U will refund the amount of the product using the same means of payment used by you at the time of purchase, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the withdrawal.
7. Legal guarantee
The products or services or digital content sold by PARQUE ETNOGRAFICO PIRAMIDES DE GUIMAR, S.A.U are covered by the legal guarantee from the delivery of the new products or services or digital content by the seller, in accordance with the provisions of the consumer and user regulations.
The legal guarantee will be covered as follows:
a. Services or digital content: 2 years.
We do not cover defects caused by misuse, negligence or incorrect handling. The “Products” or “services or digital content” sold on our Website are intended solely for the use described in the specifications of each product, service or digital content.

10. Force majeure
PARQUE ETNOGRAFICO PIRAMIDES DE GUIMAR, S.A.U will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the assumed obligations, when it is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control (‘Cause of Force Majeure’).
Causes of Force Majeure will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control such as a) Strikes, lockouts or other protest measures; b) Civil commotion, revolt, invasion, threat or terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparations for war; c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster; d) Impossibility of using means of transport; Impossibility of using telecommunications systems; and e) Acts, regulations or governmental restrictions.
The obligations arising from these conditions will be suspended during the period of Force Majeure and the deadline to comply with said obligations will be extended for a period of time equal to the duration of the Cause of Force Majeure and we will use all reasonable means to end the Cause of Force Majeure or find a solution that allows us to comply with our obligations despite the Cause of Force Majeure.
11. Partial nullity
If any of these Conditions were declared null and void by a final resolution issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
12. Applicable legislation and competent courts
The contracts for the purchase of services through our Website and the controversies or claims arising from them or that refer to their object or celebration (including non-contractual litigation or claims) will be governed by Spanish legislation.
Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or the services will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect the rights that as such are recognized by current legislation, and you may choose to file a claim to assert your rights in relation to these Conditions before the Judge or Courts that correspond to your domicile.
