1. Possibility of amending these conditions and the commercial offer

PARQUE ETNOGRAFICO PIRAMIDES DE GUIMAR, S.A.U. may amend at any time the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, services, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). However, such amendments shall in no case affect purchases already made by our users.

The names and brands of products, services and manufacturers are used solely for identification purposes. All photographs, descriptions and prices are non-contractual.

Special offers, promotions or discounts shall be valid until the date indicated or until the indicated stock runs out, as well as the prices indicated at the time the website is consulted.

2. Validity of tickets

Tickets purchased through the website shall be valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase. Once this period has elapsed without the tickets having been redeemed, they shall lose their validity and may not be used.

This condition shall apply exclusively to purchases made after its publication and shall in no case affect tickets purchased previously, which shall be governed by the conditions in force at the time of their purchase.

3. How can I buy on the website?

The purchase by the user is made and completed by following the purchase procedure described in this section. By making a purchase on our website, you agree that communications with PARQUE ETNOGRAFICO PIRAMIDES DE GUIMAR, S.A.U. will be primarily by electronic means.

4. Price of services. Taxes and customs duties

The price shown at all times alongside our services includes IGIC (the Canary Islands general indirect tax).

Should there be a typographical error in any of the prices shown, and should any user have made a purchasing decision based on such error, we will notify the user of this incident immediately, and the user shall have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost to them.

7. Returns

7.a) What period do I have to withdraw from the purchase or to decide to return my purchase?

Cancellations

All tickets, excluding the Brunch, may be cancelled at no cost up to 24 hours before the date of the event, by sending an email to piramides@piramidesdeguimar.es and requesting a refund. After this 24-hour notice period, no refund will be given.

The Brunch may be cancelled with a full refund up to 72 hours before the event, by sending an email to piramides@piramidesdeguimar.es and requesting a refund. After this 72-hour notice period, no refund will be given.

Date changes and validity of tickets:

All Pirámides de Güímar tickets may be rescheduled under the following conditions:

  • All tickets may be self-rescheduled up to 24 hours before the event, from the confirmation email, within a period of 3 months from the date of the event.
  • The Brunch may be self-rescheduled up to 72 hours before the event, from the confirmation email, within a period of 3 months from the date of the event.

7.b) How can I withdraw from the purchase?

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement, either by post to PARQUE ETNOGRAFICO PIRAMIDES DE GUIMAR, S.A.U. at the following address: Calle Chacona, Sn, 38500 – GUIMAR (Santa Cruz de Tenerife); or by email to piramides@piramidesdeguimar.es.

You may use the withdrawal form template provided below for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory; any communication in which you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the corresponding deadline expires will suffice.

7.c) How is the refund made?

PARQUE ETNOGRAFICO PIRAMIDES DE GUIMAR, S.A.U. will refund the amount of the service using the same payment method used by you at the time of purchase, unless you have expressly indicated otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund, within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date on which we are informed of the withdrawal.

8. Legal warranty

The services sold by PARQUE ETNOGRAFICO PIRAMIDES DE GUIMAR, S.A.U. are covered by the legal warranty from the moment of delivery of the services, at the seller’s expense, in accordance with the provisions of consumer and user protection legislation.

The legal warranty shall be covered as follows:

a. Services: 2 years.

11. Force majeure

PARQUE ETNOGRAFICO PIRAMIDES DE GUIMAR, S.A.U. shall not be liable for any breach or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed, when this is due to events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

Force Majeure Events shall include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control, such as: a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or undeclared) or threat or preparation for war; c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster; d) Impossibility of using means of transport; impossibility of using telecommunications systems; and e) Acts, regulations or restrictions of any government.

The obligations arising from these conditions shall be suspended during the Force Majeure period, and the deadline for fulfilling such obligations shall be extended for a period of time equal to that during which the Force Majeure Event lasts; we will use all reasonable means to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution enabling us to fulfil our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.

12. Partial invalidity

Should any of these Conditions be declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force and shall not be affected by such declaration of nullity.

13. Applicable law and competent courts

Contracts for the purchase of services through our Website, and any disputes or claims arising therefrom or relating to their subject matter or execution (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or with the services shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
